  • Greeting visitors and providing details for the queries
  • Managing security and telecommunications systems
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence

Responsibilities:

  • Memorize scripts for products and services, and refer to them during calls.
  • Build positive relationships toward service, ensuring that all queries and confirmations are handled appropriately.
  • Identify opportunities for increased sales and revenue of the company’s available chit products at the branch level, and seize opportunities to upsell when appropriate.
  • Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and as a team member, achieving all productivity and quality objectives.
  • Create and maintain a record of daily issues and remedial actions using the call-center database.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduation or equivalent degree (B Sc, B Com, B. Tech, B.A, BBA, and BCA).
  • 0 – 6 months of experience in a call center or customer support role.
  • Strong active listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism in product pitching and convincing.
  • Multilingual skills are an added advantage (Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and English).
  • Experience in customer sales is a key asset.
